How We Keep It Compliant

The part most agencies get wrong.

Most reputation platforms sell tactics that would get a regulated professional in trouble. Here's what we refuse to do, and why that protects you.

1

No review gating

We never intercept feedback or route unhappy patients to a private form. Gating violates Google's policies and is exactly the kind of misleading practice advertising rules exist to stop.

2

No fake or incentivized reviews

Ever. No giveaways, contests, or discounts for reviews. It breaks your College's rules and Google's, and it isn't worth the risk to your reputation.

3

No patient information in public responses

Every reply is written so it never confirms, implies, or discloses that the reviewer is a patient or client. Dignified, on-brand, and privacy-safe.

By Practice Type

FAQ

Reputation Management questions.

Not the way we do it. Most agencies sell testimonials, incentivized reviews, and review gating, all of which can be professional misconduct for regulated practices in Ontario. We do only the parts that are compliant and valuable: accurate listings, monitoring, dignified responses, and defense against fake reviews.

Review gating intercepts feedback and only pushes happy patients to post publicly while routing unhappy ones to a private form. It violates Google's review policies and, for regulated practices, helps manufacture a misleading impression. We never do it, and we'd advise against any vendor who does.

Sometimes. If a review is fake, off-topic, or otherwise breaks Google's policies, we document it and challenge it through the proper removal process. When a genuine negative review can't be removed, a calm, professional, privacy-safe response usually does more to protect your reputation than removal would.

We draft responses for your approval, and post on approval, or you post them yourself. Negative reviews are always approved by you before anything goes live. Every reply is written to be dignified and to never disclose patient or client information.
